What we do
Our core skills have been developed by providing a well established support service to a number of clients within a variety of industries.

We provide all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Project Management services, including Employer’s Agent, Project Coordination and CDM Coordinator services to all sectors of the construction industry and have experience in both new build and refurbishment.

We provide a range of services including full financial control, management, measurement, planning, contract administration, project management and co-ordination, contract guidance, procurement advice, expert witness and risk management, ,

In addition, we provide a complete service to both main contractors and sub-contractors including feasibility, cost planning, full BQ measurement, contract, procurement and tender advice. We have broad rang of experience in all methods of procurement including traditional, design and build, PFI and two stage tendering.

We also provide a CDM Coordinator service, advising on all aspects of health and safety throughout the life of the project. CDM-C services can be provided alongside our QS team or independently to our core business.

Our experience has enabled us to provide a unique service to clients involved in a variety of construction sectors including industrial, manufacturing, commercial, residential, leisure, health and education.
